Ms. Espinosa

Hi friends! My name is Ms. Espinosa and I am super excited to be starting my third year at Cypress Creek!

I spent my years in high school highly involved in FFA; showing sheep and goats all 4 years at the local and state level, serving 3 years as a chapter officer, 2 years as a Junior Superintendent for the Travis County Youth Show, earning my Level 1 CVA certification, and receiving my Lonestar Degree after graduation. I also danced competitively with a local dance studio for 16 years and enjoyed riding horses in my free time.

I graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education and a minor in Animal Science. During my time in college, I was very involved in LSU's animal science club, Block and Bridle, as well as our Collegiate FFA chapter. Through B&B, I was able to continue showing livestock, specifically heifers and sheep as well as planning and hosting a open and student rodeo every year. Collegiate FFA allowed me to continue participating in FFA at a different level, judging many district, area and state contests as well as supporting and recruiting high school FFA members all over the state of Louisiana.

This year at Creek, I will be teaching Advanced Animal Science, Veterinary Medical Apps, and Small Animal Management. I am also the lamb and goat advisor!

Geaux Tigers!
